Most discounted E Gift Cards are delivered immediately to your inbox. However some order take longer than others so please allow up to 24 hours for delivery
Why was my gift card order cancelled?
We have an automated system that sometimes rejects orders. If you feel it was cancelled in error please contact customer support during the hours of 10AM- 5PM Mon – Fri EST
What should I do if the gift card I purchase doesn’t have the claimed balance that I bought it for?
Please log into your account and fill out a claim form. You can find the link on the left hand side once you log into your account. Fill out all required fields and leave a description as to what happened. Please allow us 14 – 21 business days to conduct an investigation.
How can I sell my gift card?
You can sell your gift card by going to http://ejgiftcards.com/sell-gift-cards/ then enter your card brand and the balance on the gift card. If our cash offer is acceptable click the big green button to accept.
When will I receive cash payment for my gift cards?
We usually payout every week the following Friday. Once you submit a sell order we give you an expected payout date.
Is there another payment method besides Paypal?
Unfortunately Paypal is the only method of payment currently. We are planning do ACH and Crypto payments in the near future.
How do I know I’ve entered the wrong pin or card number when selling my gift card?
We have an automated gift card balance check system that will alert if you have entered the wrong gift card number or pin.

How can I find out how much cash my gift card is worth?

Why am I able to enter a gift card, if you guys don’t accept them?
Our list of merchants that we accept is very dynamic in nature. Depending on the merchant sometimes we need to remove or add accepted merchants on our list depending on the merchants gift card policy.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email about my order?
We automatically send an email confirmation with each order. If you did not receive it please contact us.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation when I cancel my order?
We handle cancellation of orders on a case by case basis. If you have not receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order please contact us.
Do you have a location I can go to sell my gift card(s)?
Currently we only have an online presence. We do not have any physical locations.
Why do I have a hold on my funds in Paypal?
Sometimes Paypal holds your payment if you have a new Paypal account. Another reason is sometimes we need to confirm it on our end.
How can I take off the hold on my funds in Paypal?
You need to contact Paypal to tell them release it, and sometimes we may need to confirm that we received your gift card on our end.
What are your hours of operation?
We operating Monday – Friday between 10am – 5pm. We are also closed on holidays.
Can I enter my order over the phone?
We only accept orders online at this time.

Do I need a confirmation number for Paypal for me to receive my payment?
No you don’t need a Paypal confirmation number. However once we transfer cash to your Paypal account Paypal does provide a transaction ID.
How do I confirm my payment with you, so PayPal can release my funds?

How To Sell Your Gift Cards?
How long does it take to get paid after I sell my gift card
Typically we pay out weekly on Fridays for non verified sellers. When you submit a sell order you will receive an expected payout date for your gift cards
Today is the payoutdate of my gift card but I haven’t received any anything yet
Please note we send payouts based on EST time zonehours. If you have not received your payout on the expected payout date please reach out to our customer service team at support@ejgiftcards.com. Sometimes payments can be held for a few reasons. Please see our sellers guarantee for more information.
I have not received my BTC payment in my wallet
Because BTC transactions are not reversible we make an extra attempt to confirm your BTC wallet address. If you do not confirm your BTC wallet address before your expected payout date payment will be rescheduled for the following Friday.
Why hasn’t the payment been sent even though the gift card balance has been deducted?
Orders are grouped into batches for processing payment, each with a unique assigned date, which determines the expected payout date. Payments will only be sent out on the assigned date.
Why are payments not processed instantly?
Payments are instant only for verified seller. Sellers will be designated as verified after they complete 50 or more orders, gift cards will maintain their balance and will not depreciate in value.
